Manufactured vary shaped mirrors like flat, free form, and aspheric, assembled on the observation device which was mounted on the infrared Telescope for Tokyo Atacama Observatory. Also, assembled totally 50 mirrors, measuring the optical path and each mirror’s position at the same time, instructed by Tokyo University.
