Monolithic Mirror
Manufactured for the image slicer unit mounted on Thirty Meter Telescope for TMT project in National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. Guaranteed the accurate position of each mirror of multiple mirrors with mechanical accuracy by one-chucking processing. Also, ensured the relative position accuracy of multiple off-axis aspherical surfaces.
