Aluminum CubeSat
Crystal Optics attempts to manufacture aluminum CubeSat, mounting aluminum primary and secondary mirrors instead of glass mirrors. Aluminum CubeSat can be saved its weight by designing to reduce the thickness. And mirrors of same material as frame can mitigate an effect of thermal expansion. Other than that, mirrors integrated frame will save the time to adjust the mirrors’ position.
